This policy sets expectations for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds when you book paid services with Ghakleonyph. It complements your order confirmation and any separate written agreement. Statutory rights for consumers in your region remain unaffected where they cannot be limited by contract.

Scope and definitions

This Return Policy applies to paid services offered by Ghakleonyph, including individual sessions, group workshops, packaged programs, and retainers confirmed in writing or through an online checkout flow. “Service” means live or scheduled delivery; “fee” means the amount stated before taxes and payment processing charges unless otherwise disclosed.

Physical products are not sold through this policy unless explicitly referenced in your receipt. If we introduce merchandise, separate return rules will apply at purchase.

Booking confirmation and payment

A booking is firm when you receive confirmation and any required deposit or full payment has been authorized. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Failed payments may result in automatic release of the scheduled time.

Cancellation and rescheduling by you

If you cancel or request a reschedule at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start, you may receive a full refund of fees paid for that occurrence or move the appointment once without a change fee, subject to availability.

If you cancel between forty-eight hours and twelve hours before the start, we may offer a fifty percent credit toward a future service of equal or lesser duration within ninety days, or a partial refund if credits are not appropriate under applicable consumer law.

Cancellations within twelve hours of the start, or failure to attend without notice, are generally non-refundable. We may make exceptions for documented emergencies at our discretion.

Cancellation or rescheduling by us

If we cancel for operational reasons, including presenter illness or force majeure, we will offer a new date or a full refund of amounts received for the affected session. We are not liable for incidental costs you incurred, such as travel, beyond refunding service fees, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

No-shows and late arrival

If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time. No-shows forfeit the fee for that slot unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Statutory withdrawal for distance contracts

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period for distance contracts, you may have the right to withdraw within fourteen days of purchase unless an exception applies because the service was fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that withdrawal is lost once performance is complete.

We will describe any such exception clearly before you confirm payment.

Digital materials

If a service includes downloadable guides or recordings, access may be granted after partial performance. Where the law permits, refunds may be reduced by the value of materials already supplied.

How to request a refund or credit

Email ask@ghakleonyph.world with your name, booking reference, payment date, and reason for the request. We acknowledge receipt within three business days and provide a decision within ten business days unless we need additional verification.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with how we applied this policy, contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. You may also use any dispute resolution mechanism available to you under consumer law in your country.
